Here are some frequently asked Questions:
1. Can I customize my order with thread color, font selection, applique selection?
Yes! You can come up with your own creation or I will be glad to do all the design work for you.
2. Do you only sell pre-made outfits or can I supply you an outfit?
I do sell custom sewn outfits that an applique or monogram can be added to. I also accept fabric from my customers to make an outfit OR I will be glad to order fabric for you!
3. What is your typical turn around time?
Due to the custom nature of all orders, please allow 10-14 business days. However, I do pride myself on quick turn around time!! If you need something by a specific date, please let me know and I can almost always squeeze one more thing in!
4. Can I bring you an item that I bought from consignment with an existing monogram?
Sure! I will be glad to take out a monogram for an additional fee of $6.00. Or, you can take out the monogram and give it to me to re-monogram for no extra charge.
5. Will you ship items or do you only do local work?
I can ship items to you and I generally use regular mail but can ship the item however you would like. I do include the cost of the shipping in your total fee.
6. What form of payment do you receive?
At this time, I only take cash, personal check, money order or paypal. Please let me know how you would like to pay in advance.
7. Can I come pick up my order from your house to avoid shipping fees?
Sure, if you are local you are welcome to come and pick-up your order. I will email you once your order is finished and I will place it in the bin outside of my garage.
8. What is your return policy?
I do my very best to make each item exactly as you requested. If for some reason you are unhappy with the final product then I will be glad to figure out a way to make you happy and resolve any issues. However, I do not return or exchange items that are the wrong size, sizing is 100% up to the customer--so, be sure to measure your child and ask me for measurements!!!
